In a unexpected partnership that breaks usual forecasts, the game developer has revealed an digital crossover between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the renowned anime series Attack on Titan. The unusual holiday event operates from November 25 through December 22, offering free extra story content for Shadows players.

Strange Mission Uncovered

According to the official release, "An unusual encounter leads characters Naoe and Yasuke into a original quest, where hints of forbidden rituals and monstrous transformations echo through the shadows." The plot presents a "unusually garbed woman named Ada" who charges the characters with journeying into the Crystal Cave—a important location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her ally from a clandestine cult.

The questline concentrates on "bizarre tests and a monstrous adversary" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

Iconic Locations and Transformations

The trailer showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This important location was previously where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through generations.
